By maintaining a low overhead and focusing solely on workers compensation cases, we are able to offer competitive fees. We also offer flat fees for a one- time deposition, appearances at status conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, and lien conferences. Furthermore, we provide file reviews for those clients who do not want to secure legal representation, but rather seek advice on how to move a case forward, or assistance on resolving particular issues. The Law office of T. Grace Igidbashian stands ready to make a proposal to be placed on your workers compensation defense panel. In addition to regular file handling, we also engage in making a special appearance on a one time basis, for depositions, status and mandatory settlement conferences, and lien conferences. Furthermore, we are aware that some insurance companies prefer to handle their files "in-house," however, occasionally seek advice on how to move a case forward, or assistance on resolving a particular issue. To this end, we provide flat fee file reviews to include a list of recommendations with its supporting authority.
